Doctors registered with the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council in Homeopathy up to 10931 register no can apply for the hologram certificate till December 31 of this year. If the certificate is not obtained within the due date, the council will take further action. Applications and fees should be submitted online at http://www.medicalcouncil.kerala.gov.in. Its print out should be sent to the council along with the original registration certificate of the council and other required documents.
